Please be aware that all purchases made are considered final. We do not entertain requests for refunds or exchanges once a transaction is complete, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Claim Period:

In the event that you believe a refund is required due to extenuating circumstances, we offer a refund claim period of 90 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at info@ohrmedical.com within this specified period.

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

– The refund claim is made within the 90-day period from the date of purchase.

– There is a valid reason for the refund.

Refund Process:

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method or other method agreed between Ohr Medical and client.
